BBEFORE THE CALL: You’ll receive a brief note from the studio with any small details we may need and a reminder of your time.
ON THE CALL: We’ll look at the whole picture — how you live, where decisions feel heavy, and what will make the most difference first.
AFTER THE CALL: You’ll receive a concise written summary with priorities and next steps, so you can move forward with confidence.
